David Riggs joined Virtual Polymer Compounds, LLC in 2017 as the Director of Engineering. He graduated from University at Buffalo (UB) with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2005. At VPC, David has been the lead engineer for InterActive Play, VPC’s waterparks division, and has spearheaded their portfolio of projects by collaborating with inspectors, contractors, and customers to complete each build. In addition, he has over 16 years of experience in the composites industry and is the product manager for VPC’s fiberglass fan and duct product lines.

Jeff Minner joined Virtual Polymer Compounds, LLC in 2018. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a master’s in engineering from the University of Buffalo. Prior to joining VPC, Jeff worked for General Motors for 32 years in various capacities, including Product Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance. Jeff retired from GM as the Chief Engineer for the Lockport Components Division. He currently serves as the Director of Operations for VPC Fiberglass, overseeing production and operations in all five manufacturing divisions.

James Minner is the General Manager and Director of Sales for Virtual Polymer Compounds, LLC, and serves as its Vice President. Under James’ leadership, the company has grown from a single fiberglass division to a multi-divisional company, manufacturing precision composite fans, non-corrosive ductwork, ADA-compliant recreational products, and InterActive Play products and waterpark structures. This growth involved substantial increases in revenue and employees while expanding from a single location to three facilities spread across three Western New York counties.

Steve Intihar serves as the Director of Production at Virtual Polymer Compounds, LLC, overseeing all facets of production across the company’s fiberglass product lines, including Interactive Play. With a keen focus on quality assurance and timely project delivery, Steve’s expertise ensures that VPC consistently delivers top-notch products to its clients. His commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail are instrumental in maintaining VPC’s reputation as a leader in the industry.

Conrad Diver excels as a Design Engineer at Interactive Play, where he seamlessly integrates client collaboration with meticulous product design, fabrication, and installation coordination. From initial project conception to final installation, Conrad’s hands-on approach ensures that each water play solution is custom crafted to meet client budgets and specifications. Leveraging his expertise, Conrad delivers precise 3D models and detailed specification drawings, reflecting Interactive Play’s commitment to excellence. With unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction and a passion for innovative design, Conrad significantly enhances the success of every project he undertakes.

Kyle Intihar is highly regarded for his work in designing and constructing multi-level play structures for water parks. Serving as an electrical controls engineer for Interactive Play, Kyle’s expertise lies in crafting and implementing programs that drive these parks, innovating electrical control panels, and overseeing on-site installations of all electrical components. With an unwavering commitment to quality and reliability, Kyle extends his services to encompass comprehensive troubleshooting, technical support, and remote monitoring solutions for all parks under his purview.

Amanda Acker is the Marketing Director at Interactive Play Waterparks. Amanda skillfully leads the design and content creation for all of Interactive Play’s digital and print marketing materials. Additionally, she coordinates Interactive Play’s participation at tradeshows and events. With a focus on excellence and innovation, Amanda also assists with client proposals, ensuring our project design efforts consistently reflect Interactive Play Waterparks’ commitment to quality and creativity.

Sandra Greiner has been deeply involved in the waterpark industry since 2009, founding Greiner Consulting LLC to offer specialized guidance in park operations, management, and revenue strategies. With over two decades in commercial lending prior to her waterpark ventures, Sandra brings a unique financial perspective to her work. Notable achievements include serving as Co-General Manager at Beech Bend Park/Splash Lagoon and contributing to the success of various ventures in the attractions industry. As General Manager of Sun Splash Family Waterpark in Cape Coral, FL, Sandra significantly increased revenue while reducing expenses. Currently serving as Sales Consultant for InterActive Play, Sandra is passionate about promoting their high-quality, American-made waterplay features known for their entertainment value and ease of operation, delivering exceptional ROI for any facility.
